The new tying line TBN-01 AUTOMATIC is a technical evolution studied following these concepts and it is based on preceding experiences:

• The system maintains the same processing and productivity principle of preceding editions, using elastic twine, but offering a tying and a clipping process more pratical and flexible
• The substantial difference is that all the movement is horizontal, so that it is possible to obtain a better performance about productive process and optimization of employed manpower 
• The machine is modular and it can be modified according to different needs, it is composed by exiting and incoming conveyor belts that interfacing with the tying rotary group and a dedicated clipping machine.
